Puffle Party and some UBF&CP news!

The puffle party is AWESOME this year. First of all the puffle show for members = Pure bag o' awesomeness. Your puffles can interact with the scenery! They can go up on the podiums for the judges to judge them, they can go to the... Chairs... To get groomed, and go to the obstacle course to go through it. It's awesome!

Each puffle has their own room, each cool.

Blue: Forest

Green: Beacon

Pink: Iceberg

Black: Pool

Purple: Dance Club

Red: Cove

Yellow: Lighthouse

White: Mine (NEW! [All the other rooms are the same as last year])

In other news: Pages are up on Blogger, and you may have noticed if you chat with me that I'm into DragCave ( http://dragcave.net/ ) now. Sooo, as soon as I can get online again, I'm making a page for people's dragons... I'll figure out a way that you can tell me the HTML of your dragons so I can put them up. There people can give them clicks, views, and UV's! :D

Well, this is getting confusing... Mattel discontinues funkeys "Unofficially" and then a picture of The Joker in full packaging comes out. What's up with that? Maybe Mattel heard us even though we didn't shout?

Bad news and critical polls

Bad news:
Looks like Funkeys have died. They're unofficially discontinued; CP Funkeys found the information deep within Mattel.com but they hid it from the public 5 minutes after he viewed it. So it looks like it's unofficial for now, but... Funkeys are dead. Most stores have stopped carrying them. Looks like Mattel has moved on. Hopefully they'll keep the Funkeys game up (The chats I mean) for fans like us.

A. Can we stop funkeys from dying?
Maybe we can, possibly by sending letters to Mattel about why we like funkeys. (Idea by Revvinon) Maybe Mattel won't pay attention. Not trying to be negative, just wanting to get you guys' opinion. You can vote to the left.

2009 Achievements

Hey! New year's partay is only a couple hours away! Awshum! I thought I'd post the achievements in 2009 that are related to this site.

UB Funkeys
-UBF suffers a great time of "Boredom" after the Hidden Realm that caused many people to quit.
-Paradox Green is released at the same time as its update, only the second series to do so, the first being Hidden Realm.
-"PreSale" funkeys start popping up on eBay, most of which are Taejos. However, a Purple Henchmen, and Speed Racer adventure pack funkeys are also spotted.
-UB Funkeys has its 2nd Anniversary.

Club Penguin
-The 4th, 5th, and 6th Famous Penguins, Cadence, Aunt Arctic, and Sensei (Respectively), give out backgrounds. Rockhopper becomes the second famous penguin to have given out two different backgrounds.
-The first ever Penguin Play Awards is held. "The Quest for the Golden Puffle" wins.
-The Box Dimension, the first ever "The Party" room to remain, is opened.
-The 2nd Annual Music Jam is held.
-A second color vote is held. It is sabotaged by Mimo777, who got his viewers to vote for Aqua.
-The 3rd Annual Fall Fair is held. As this year it occurs before the Fall Equinox, its name is changed to simply "The Fair".
-Club Penguin has its 4th Anniversary.
-Card-Jitsu: Fire, a new Ninja Quest, opens. The Volcano is the new room that comes with it. Fire Ninjas are disappointed that there is no Fire Ninja hideout.

MLN
-MLN celebrates its 1 year anniversary.
-Arcade Modules are introduced. This makes it easier for Rank 5'ers to get Loose Sparks.
-Several new Mini-Ranks are introduced, including BIONICLE and The Robot Chronicles.

Chobots
-Citizens are introduced.
-The Nicho's Mission is opened, making it incredibly easy for Citizens to get money.
-Choboards are introduced along with Rocket Shoes.
-The Cinema is opened.
-Robots come to Chobots.
-Chobots celebrates its 1 year anniversary.

Kingdom Hearts
-Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days is released in Japan, North America, and Europe.
-The first 7 episodes of Kingdom Hearts Coded are released in Japan.

BIONICLE
-A new universe, Bara Magna, is introduced.
-BIONICLE Stars, the last BIONICLE sets to be introduced, are released in Toys 'R' Us.
-It is announced that BIONICLE is ending.

UB Funkeys and Club Penguin
-The UB Funkeys and Club Penguin: Forum is opened on Janurary 21st.
-Chobots is introduced as a topic.
-UB Funkeys and Club Penguin celebrates its 1st anniversary in October.
-The UB Funkeys and Club Penguin: Yolasite is opened, and Kingdom Hearts and BIONICLE are introduced as topics there.

Next, EPF is getting a NEW downloadable mission-- The first EVA-- On November 6! Whoo-hoo! The mission is called "Puffle Pranksters", and will feature a White Puffle, and hints to future events. (I GOTTA GET WIFI!!!)

Look familliar? It's Tiki's game! Yeah. Both are modeled after Atari's Super Breakout game. It has 10 levels. Enjoy!

Penguin Color Vote Not Fair?

As you may or may not know, starting this Friday we will be voting for a new penguin color. On Mimo's Site, which is incredibly popular (300 Comments in a post!!!), he told everyone to vote for Aqua. He said he'd have a party. Sounds like bribery to me, and he's completely throwing the election. I was going to vote for Lavender, but now my hopes of it winning may be ruined. So what do you say, people, let's show mimo that we don't have to do what he says if we don't want to! DON'T LET MIMO SWAY YOU! He's gone too far this time. Vote for whatever you want, it's YOUR descision, not his.

2nd Annual Music Jam

Music Jam '09 is here! This was my favorite perty last year. Ahhh. Good times.

This year's music catalog has 3 new instruments AND not 1, not 2, but 3 secret items!
The new instruments are: Trombone, Cow Bell, and Double-Necked Guitar.

Clicking on the dot on the I in "Music" will show you 2 of the secret items, Snare Drum and Drumsticks.

Clicking on the O in "Catalog" will show you the other one-- Black Electric Guitar.

Of course, the music catalog is Backstage. It looks just like it did last year!

But don't forget! There's ANOTHER "backstage"! Look familliar?

Cadence will be showing up again!

The same free item as Janurary can be found on the Roof.

Music Shirts and the All Access Pass which allows you to go backstage are available at the Snow Forts.

And behind the Snow Forts... The Music Maker 3000! Last year it was at the Dojo. When I saw it wasn't there I began to give up hope! But here it is. It was one of my favorite parts of last year.

An everyone's free item, green headphones, is located at the Cove.

In the Lighthouse is the only stage so far in CP that actually reacts to what instrument you're playing! It only works with some instruments though.

Paradox Post Expansion-- Rastro's Items

As I mentioned in the previous post, while I was inside the 3rd Eye Science Labs, I bought tons of items. (I spent over 10,000 of my coins!!!) This is because I love astronomy and Rastro is my new favorite funkey. I can even explain the names of a few items, which all have to do with space.

The Tables are all named after the planets of the solar system, except Io. Io is a moon of Jupiter which is famous for being the only moon with active volcanos.
The Rastrovers are based on Mars Landing Rovers.

Paradox Green-- Update, plus insider Rastro pictures (The first Rastro pictures???)

I put a ??? up there because I'm not sure yet... Anyway,

Paradox green update! It's FINALLY here!!!!!!!! With the help of 3 portal jammers, I got into the zone, got into Rastro's game room-- And bought TONS of Rastro's items in the process-- AND played Rastro's game!!! I played it with a good buddy from the Forum, Roxas, who's UFN is Pit272.

Story summary:

The Nectar came home and found the Maul in the Nectar's honey. So now they've gone running off to the Hidden Realm to settle their differences (That sounds like the Bomble VS Raj story! lol). It's a busy day, because the Paradox Green portal has also been opened! Paradox Green is the birthplace of Dr. Tinker. Once in Paradox Green, you meet the Keeper of the Tree, who tells you about Paradox Green. (I think he's Dr. Tinker's cousin, and if you see him you'll know why) The Tree helps such coexistance take place, that even the four seasons live together in Paradox Green. The Tadd live in the Fall. The Ace live in the Winter. The Mulch live in the Spring. The Rastro live in the summer. Unfortunately, not all is as peaceful in Paradox Green as it was. Just before the Great Disaster, Paradox Green had a disaster of it's own. A series of trenches has formed, seperating the four seasons. The Henchmen 2.0 have also showed up. The Henchmen 2.0 are a bigger, badder, meaner version of the Henchmen. Not only are they stealing Funkeys' coins, but they are also performing organized attacks on the Tree, which holds Paradox Green together.

Mata Nui LEGO Magazine Article

I'm not sure wether this is exclusive to Brickmaster or not (They sent me a Brickmaster issue instead of my normal issue for my birthday) but there was a Mata-Nui article in my LEGO Magazine this month. Third page. He looks SOOO cool. ('Course Yellow is my third favorite color so that may have something to do with it...)

Here come the Pteppies! I know, July is a long way away, but I feel it nessecary to begin now. I find myself dug into a bit of a trench as to what shape the trophies should be. Should it be a funkey? A penguin? Something else? Well, I'm gonna let you guys decide! Just comment with a trophy design idea and I'll choose my 5 favorites at the end of April, and put up a poll for the month of May. At the start of June, the trophy shape and the nominees will be announced, and you will be able to vote until July 1st (Except for Best Overall Game, the Silver Pteppy, which you will be able to vote until July 14.) Then, on July 15, the winners will be announced!

So post your trophy design ideas, folks, and yours just might be chosen.

Once again, thanks to Mimo777's comment tracker, I found famous penguins-- The Penguin Band! I arrived at the backstage on Snow Fort server just in time-- They were about to leave.
They were standing in seperate areas of the room- Franky to the left, Petey K to the right, and G Billy and Stompin' bob in the center. As soon as I got in, I rushed over to the G Billy/Stompin' Bob group, because Stompin' Bob is my idol. Back at the Music Jam '08 I was inspired to play the Bass Guitar. I do, indeed, play it a bit now in real life. Ever since the Music Jam party he's been a real insperation to me, and in the end, just before he stepped out the door, I got him to autograph my guitar in CP.

It seemed Franky was signing more autographs than anyone. I guess he's the favorite, but I really like Stompin' Bob, as said before.

Unfortunately, they left before I was able to get a pic of Petey K. Dang. Oh well. If I find them again I'll get one right away.

Ok, there's this awesome Mod on Chobots named Canab. He can do these magics that effect the entire room. Like, he can make everyone in the room turn Black and White, or make special effects in the room. Well he does it when a ZILLION peeps are around. I just came back from my first Canab magic pahtay, and I'm like, WOW. He did 2 Special Effect magics. Here's pics:

New Games Month #3: BIONICLE Glatorian Arena

Sorry I'm so late, but I got sick today (Don't worry, I'm feeling better now) and now I only get 15 minutes on the computer, and this is how I'm spending it. In the game BIONICLE Glatorian Arena, I only play as Strakk even though I've unlocked Gresh, Tarix, Malum, and Vorox, too. In the game you have to beat all your opponents and get all the awards and unlock all the Glatorians.
As you can see, I focus on Strength and Mind when spending Abillity points that I earn when I win fights. I never dare go near the cursed Spikeball matches (They're extremely hard), and I've never lost a challenge game as Strakk.

I'm currently tearing up the Golden League, having bested the Rookie, Veteran, Copper, and Silver leagues.

Now I have to go, but first, here's a pic of the two BIONICLEs I have; Strakk and Raanu.

Edit: Okay, it's tomorrow... No it's not... It's today... But then again, yesterday's tomorrow is today and tomorrow's yesterday is today which is Tuesday and tomorrow's tomorrow is tomorrow's next day... What? I'm confusing myself. Anyway, here's what's coming soon in New Games Month:

New Games Month #2: 3D Ultra Lionel TrainTown

The next new game in New Games Month is 3D Ultra Lionel TrainTown. It is the game I've been playing longest of any of the other games I still play today. I have been playing it for 8 1/2 years. It's the only game I know that used to work better on my cave-man-machine Windows 98 that I had 'till June last year. ...Actually, maybe Zoombinis did... We'll find out on March 7, now, won't we? Anywayz, I had it completely finished on my Windows 98, but I seem to be in need of completing a few jobs here in the present with my good ol' XP. But, here's a roster I have completed, the Grease Monkey roster.
Oh yeah, maybe I should tell you the object of the game, do you think? You complete a series of jobs using trains. 72 in total. You have to complete all 11 games in a Roster before you unlock a 12th special job.
Here's what it looks like once you're inside a job. Grease Monkey has a kewlz series of construction jobs where you actually do EVERYTHING just to build a tourist attraction. When I first started playing at the age of 3, I misunderstood what they said and I thought they were gonne bring terrorists there and arrest all of them. I wuz a phunni little dude.

Here's an awesome cheat that I discovered on my own- There are some trains in the game that you can't control- Here's how to jack them. *Evil grin*

Go into the Map Tab and zoom WAY in.

Hover your cursor over the train you want to jack and wait until this symbol appears (Click on the picture to make it larger.)

Then click! You've jacked the train!

Now you can stop the train and grant yourself safe passage... TO THE NEXT JACKING!!! Lolz.

Unfortunately, this isn't an online game. :( You have to buy it. It's made by Sierra Games.

If you like geometry and saving the day, the Sling Trilogy is definately for you. Even if you don't like math like me, it's still way fun. A Sling is a creature that has a strechy hand above his/her head which allows him to hold on to little balls called "Grabs" and sling or strech from on to another.
Here is the story to the games: You become a new "Power Keeper Apprentice" in Oozeville, the Slings' home town. The power source has all the elements that are essential for Oozeville life. (Slime, Fire, Ice, Metal, Weather, Earth (that is, Rock), Space, and Magic.) Suddenly, a monster from another demension comes in and steals one of the elements. (Slime in Sling, Fire in SlingFire, Ice in SlingIce, Metal in the coming soon SlingMetal.) So now you follow them back to their demension and go on a quest to retrieve the element. ...And, if you finish in GOLD TIME, you get to go to a bonus world of treasure and fun!

You can use him to get into Magma Gorge and the Stitch Catacombs. $725 Loot. This week the Vroom Familliar has vanished back into the In-Between. Next we go to the Angus Lab, which first up we have the Pet Abomination.

He sits in your Crib and looks around, and is theorized to have tentacles that allow it to move around. $145 Loot. Next are the Spring Lights.

Me: Bum, budda dum, budda duhduhduhdu- You: DON'T START THAT AGAIN!!! Me: Ok, ok! Well, I'm back from NC, and as promised, here is the beginning report for a new game-- Chobots! It's alot like CP. Below is Cafe Street, the most crowded part of the entire game.
Check it! My fav mini-game, Choboard! I almost got a High Score on it. XD It's alot like CP Surfing, except with obstacles and you need to collect crystals and there's no tricks involved.

One kewl thing that Chobots has and CP doesn't is magic. Below is the Non-Member magic catalog, which has magics that can make you run really fast, be really tiny, give you baloons...

Just like in CP, you can get pets, but the Pet Design isn't set in stone like in CP. You can design the shape and color and stuffs.

I wear glasses on Chobots that make it look different. Here's what the real look is.

And finally, me. Age... 9? It's 1 point for every day you've been playing Chobots. Yes, I've been plotting this post out for 9 days. I go on Chocolate City (Server) most of the time and you can find me hanging out at Rope Street, the Gamezone, Cafe Street, or the Space Quay. Now I gots to go eat din-din. Toy fair! First looks at Dreamstate and Hidden Realm Adventure Packs!

Well, we finally have our very first look at the Dreamstate and Hidden Realm Adventure Packs! Woohoo! Oh, and there's also more Paradox Green junk and strangely... A Common Yang?
It seems there was more than meets the EYE with what we thought about the upcoming Adventure Packs. First of all, King Sidd is sitting on a pillow! Lolz.

Kane's sword is removable and he can grip it in both hands! If you click on the picture to make it bigger you can see the little slots... awesomeness!

WOOHOO!!! I love being right. I knew from the start that Dali's funkey feet-shape would come from the dirt around him. But he looks smaller than I imagined...

At first I was REALLY puzzled by the two Marshall colors... But I got it after a while. My theory is: The normal brown one takes you to all the game rooms in Nightmare Rift, while the white one takes you to all the game rooms in Daydream Oasis.

I'm Bomble, and I'm here today to report on the new Angus Items this week. This week, there are no new Familliars, but there are some new Angus Lab items. First is the Perfectly Potted Plant. It is the new featured special.
When you click on it, it grows. Here it is shown full grown. It is a perennial. Next we have the Centurion.

The Centurion follows you around and beats any of Master Lox's baddies that you happen to run into. Next is the Luminbug.

The Luminbug is just like a real life firefly. You put it in your crib and it flies around and lights it up a bit.

Also new is the Enormous Black Lava Lamp. It does the same thing as every other Enormous Lava Lamp. *Yawn.*

Puffles playing with their furniture!

Puffles can now play with their furniture! In the above picture you see my puffle Lemony sleeping on a red bed. However, there is some glitchy-ness to report.
PROBLEM:
The puffles won't play with their furniture no matter what you do.
SOLUTION:
Go to someone's igloo on the map then come back to yours, then they should play.
PROBLEM:
After they play, they start going to sleep, playing, and eating WITHOUT their furniture. This affects their health, as apposed to them playing with their furniture on their own.
SOLUTION:
??? (When this is solved, I will write the solution down)

On my new forum ( http://pteprocks.forumotion.net/forum.htm ) me and Roco figured out the mystery of Funkey Fighters. The multiple-framed run/attack. Together we concluded that nobody can do this intentionally-- Nor can anyone see themselves do it on their own screen. We condluded that if you move quickly, there is a chance you will do that on your opponents screen.

Uh... Ahem. If you haven't already guessed, I got my Loot today. I am soooooooo happy! I used a Portal Jammer to break into Togokahn Motors (Taejo's room. Thanks to Superbryan10 and Slycooper for the idea.) and I also broke into the game! I got the highest score possible but no trophy or game room or insane high score. :_( I got coins though! I bought a Red Togokahn Dragon, a Yin-Yang table, two Azure Dragons, and two Golden Guardians. Also with the Loot I bought a Pet Penguin (Can you guess why? :P), a Dot Familliar (I love Dot Shot!), all three moods (Sleepy Time, Flamin' Mad, and Sunny Disposition), and some Lab Equipment (Funkey Savers will know why! ;D). Above are some pictures of the Taejo stuff...

I just recieved my LEGO Magazine and found out that what everyone has been asking for since the start of the MyLegoBetaTest is finally happening! BIONICLE action is coming to MLN! Here's what the article says:
