Through the Admin Panel of the UBF&CP Forum, I found out that the person who deleted the topics is Carabu. Carabu will be permanently banned from the forum. The forum will be opened again.

Pteprocks will not be able to post for a while. There is some news.
The UB Funkeys and Club Penguin: Forum has been vandalized by one of the mods. The Forum will be shut down to only Admins until the investigation is over. The entire Rules Forum, the most important Forum, has been cleaned out without authorization from an Admin. If you have any information as to who has done this, please comment, and please do not comment unless you have information.
To KATF Agents: The HQ will be temporarily moved to Carabu's Forum. (If this is changed another post will be made) The Top Secret thing that is taking place on September 9 may be postponed until further notice.
To Carabu: Please make a KATF Camp forum and a KATF Group. I will have an agent move all the topics there.
