The Club Penguin Times wrote an article about the Dojo's damage. In the picture, you can see the Mystery Shoveler (I'm calling him that now) standing in the Dojo Gateway. Now we have a different view of him. Here are the theories on who he is-
The person who built the Dojo
A Ninja
G in disguise (No)
The explorer who discovered CP (No)
A Dojo Sensei

Edit: There is a secret message from him. Click on the newspaper letters:
Lightning Strikes: Dojo Damaged
And it will appear. What do they spell? Ninja. That rules out two possibillities- G and the Explorer.

Wait a second...maybe if it is G, the next mission we'll find that Herbert caused the lightning, that it wasn't meant to happen(the lightning)

He is definitely a Secret Ninja. I'ts wierd that he has grey penguin skin.
